Concur Technologies, Inc. Research Reports
On September 3, 2014, Bloomberg, citing people with knowledge of the matter, reported that Concur Technologies Inc.(Concur) - a developer of software, which helps businesses manage travel expenses, is exploring a sale and has approached companies, including SAP and Microsoft, to seek their interest. As per the news report, Concur also reached out to Oracle for a possible sale, however, Oracle rejected the offer. Shares of SAP fell 0.87% to end the trading session at €59.28, while that of Concur advanced 8.57% to close at $109.60 on the same day. Yelp, Inc. Research Reports
On September 2, 2014, PCWorld magazine reported that federal appeals court rejected a plea to abrogate the decision of a federal court, and cleared Yelp Inc. (Yelp) of claims that it extorted businesses into advertising on its site by confabulating bad reviews about them. As per the news report, a few small-business owners filed a class-action lawsuit against Yelp in the year 2010, claiming that it tried to arm-twist them into buying ads by hiding or removing positive reviews, or writing negative ones.
